29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about August 16, 2017, employees were working on the construction of a residential home. Two employees were observed working on the framework without any form of fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than six feet to the ground below.
