29 CFR 1926.300(a): Hand tool(s), power tool(s) or similar equipment were not maintained in a safe condition: On or about August 15, 2017, at 2110 W Pinhook Rd, Lafayette, LA, the employer failed to ensure that power tool were maintained in a safe condition. Employees were using a Makita portable grinder without an appropriate guard to cut drop ceiling brackets.
