29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:  a.  On or about August 18, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations on a low sloped roof nine (9) feet four (4) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  Aloha Construction Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 967076, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 2, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 1406 Shannon Drive, Normal, IL.
