This was most recently documented on or about August 18, 2017, at a jobsite located at 2901 N. Mead, Wichita, Kansas 67219.  The employer did not provide protective barriers / barricades or signs warning employees of the hazard of potential falling material.  An employee working in the building entered the northeast portion of the building and was struck-by falling building material while in the demolition area.
