Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On 8/17/2017, employees from Matt Rowles Construction, Inc. were sheathing the roof of a residential building located at lot 88 on Brookfield Crossing Drive in Wentzville, MO. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.   The foreman and two employees were observed on 7/12 and 10/12 sloped roofs approximately nine feet above the ground without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.
