29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift:  (a) Cherry Creek Recycling, LLC at 7th St. and Grand Ave., Denver, CO: On and before August 17, 2017, the employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work areas. Employees used hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, gasoline and diesel fuels during the course of work activities. The employer provided employee access to Safety Data Sheets (SDS's) through a phone app on Supervisor cells phones. The employer did not provide an alternative means to access SDS's.  This condition potentially exposed employees to a chemical hazard.  Note: The requirements applicable to the construction standard under this section are identical to other set forth in 29 CFR 1926.59.
