29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames,  or uprights did not bear on base plates, mud sills or other adequate firm foundation:  On or about August 17, 2017, at 245 Broadmoor Drive, Braselton, Georgia:  Two employees performing siding work from the work platform of a pump jack scaffold were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14.5-feet when scaffold poles were set directly on the ground and not on base plates or mud sills.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.  On or about August 17, 2017, at 245 Broadmoor Drive, Braselton, Georgia:  Two employees performing siding work from the work platform of a pump jack scaffold were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14.5-feet when they did not use any means of fall protection.
