29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) At the jobsite - On or about August 10, 2017, employees performing wood framing activities while walking/standing on an exposed top plate (wall) were not provided with fall protection, exposing employees to fall hazards of about 133 inches (11.083 feet) onto concrete.  b) At the jobsite - On or about August 10, 2017, an employee performing wood framing while walking/standing on a wooden platform along the wall frame was not provided with fall protection, exposing employees to fall hazards of about 79 inches (6.583 feet) onto concrete.
