29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):  A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  a. 7601 River Rd, North Bergen, NJ 07047  Employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 18 feet to the ground while on an aerial lift without any means of fall arrest system such as a harness and lanyard attached to the basket.  Violation observed on or about 08/19/2017

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a. 7601 River Rd, North Bergen, NJ 07047  Employee (s) performing construction activities in close proximity to an unprotected edge without any means of fall protection, employee were thereby exposed to an approximate 18ft fall hazard.
