29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used. On or about July 31, 2017 the employer allowed employees to use a orange electrical extension cord that was cracked/split/dry rotted on the outer sheathing. The orange electrical cord was on the main floor, connected to a GFCI protected power source for "as needed basis" usage.
