At the jobsite located at 16213 Garnett Rd., Overland Park, KS:  An employee engaged in residential roofing activities, using a Werner 32 foot metal extension ladder to access and descend the roof, was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that ladder training was not provided.
