29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguard(s) designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times:  a) On or about August 23, 2017, at the northwest corner of the gymnasium, the employer did not ensure the emergency lighting was in proper working order at all times.  The emergency light had been broken and was dangling from the base.  Employees were exposed to fire hazards.  b) On or about August 23, 2017, at the south east corner of the gymnasium, the employer did not ensure that the mounted exit sign was working properly.  The exit sign was not illuminated.  Employees were exposed to fire hazards.
