29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.    On or about August 24, 2017, at 1545 Cedars Road, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  Two employees performing roofing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10-feet when they worked from an approximately 4/12 slope roof without using fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(12): Ladders used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized electrical equipment did not have non-conductive side rails:  On or about August 24, 2017, at 1545 Cedars Road, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  Two employees performing roofing work were exposed to an electrocution hazard while using the shingle ladder that did not have non-conductive rails in the vicinity of the 480 volt energized electrical lines entering the weatherhead of the house.
