29 CFR 1926.304(d): Each portable, power-driven circular saw withdrawn from the work did not automatically and instantly return the lower guard to the covering position of the saw.  On or about August 28, 2017, the east side of the construction site, the employer did not ensure that the guard of a Makita skill saw, being used by employees to cut framing material, was not wedged in the up position.  This exposed the employees to amputation hazards.
