On or about August 26, 2017 at 50-22 Overbrook Street, Little Neck, NY 11362  Employees were observed working on a tubular welded scaffold approximately thirty (30) feet above the lower level installing bricks to a residential chimney without fall protection exposing employees to fall hazards. 29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(ii): A toeboard was not erected along the edge of platforms more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower levels for a distance sufficient to protect employees below:  A.) On or about August 26, 2017 at 50-22 Overbrook Street, Little Neck, NY 11362  A tubular welded scaffold erected approximately thirty (30) feet above the lower level used by employees to replace bricks on a residential chimney was observed missing a toeboard exposing employees standing directly below to struck-by hazards.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
