29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a)   Right-side Roof deck of residential structure located at 1129 Pine Valley Drive (Calera, AL);  On or about August 28, 2017 and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in decking the roof on a residential structure were exposed to fall hazards of 10 feet to the ground below in that the employer did not ensure employees were using fall protection.    b)   Top of wall of residential structure located at 1129 Pine Valley Drive (Calera, AL);  On or about August 28, 2017 and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in decking the roof on a residential structure were exposed to fall hazards of 10 feet to the ground below in that the employer did not ensure employees were using fall protection.
