29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  a. 1305 Paterson Plank Road North Bergen, New Jersey  a. Employees installing siding from a pump jack scaffold, were exposed to falls of approximately 25 feet above      ground level due to employees not utilizing proper fall arrest system or end rails being installed.  b.  Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms of       scaffold#2 thereby exposing worker engaged in masonry activities to an approximate 25       ft fall hazard.  Violation occurred on or about 08/21/2017
