29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:  a) South building: On July 13, 2017 and at times prior thereto Jensen Drywall, Inc., removed and did not replace, the temporary stairrails that had been in place on the permanent stairways.  This exposed their employees and other sub-contractors to the unprotected sides of the stairway systems when working in the stairwell, moving materials from one floor to another and using the stairway for access to the upper floors.    Note) Corrected during the inspection.
