29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.  a) Parlour Building, 400 Van Etten Road, Ulysses, PA - Employees were using an operator control device (milking carousel control box) with an unlabeled button/switch that, if actuated, could rotate the milking carousel in an unplanned direction, exposing employees to a struck-by hazard, on or about August 30, 2017.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19, abatement certification is required for this violation.
