29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not affix labels to individual stationary process containers to identify the container(s) to which they were applicable and did not convey the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5):  Establishment - The employer did not have a workplace hazardous chemical  label on the cleaning chemical QUEL ACID CIP containing sodium hydroxide and did not ensure that the labels located on other hazardous cleaning chemicals such as but not limited to QUEL ALK FOAM containing potassium hydroxide and QUEL ALK CIP containing nitric and phosphoric acid were properly affixed to each container.
