The working level was approximately 13 feet from the lower level.       WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level:   (a) On or about August 31, 2017 at 47-43 Francis Lewis Blvd, Bayside, NY 11361  Employees completing exterior finishes on a 2 story residential home from a tubular welded frame scaffold without the use of fall protection.  The working level was approximately 13 feet from the lower level.     WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
