29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):      a)  On August 29, 2017, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 22 feet while performing carpentry work to a new construction single family home.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1):  Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:      a) On August 29, 2017, employees were using a stairway to access the second floor from the first floor, that was not equipped with a stairrail system on the unprotected sides between the first and second floors of the home.
