29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:   On or about August 31, 2017 two employees were exposed to a 30 ft. fall hazard when they were pressure washing the roof of a three-story building without utilizing fall protection.
