29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:  a- Block 701 - Lot 3.21, 18 James Drive, Mount Laurel NJ: On or about 09/05/17 a company worker cutting 4 x 8 sheets of plywood, and performing other sheathing related activities, was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 16 feet to the ground surface below when working from an unsecured pile of 4 x 8 plywood sheets resting on the forks of a Lull All-terrain fork truck.  This unsecured pile of plywood was acting as a platform/scaffold at the time of the exposure.  This piece of equipment was not specifically designed by the manufacturer to support a scaffold platform.
