29 CFR 1926.1126(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI). The employer is to make this determination in accordance with either paragraph (d)(2), the scheduled monitoring option, or paragraph (d)(3), the performance-oriented option.      (a) Wood Mechanical, LLC, at 6700 N. Gaylord Rockies Blvd, Aurora, CO: On and preceding 9/6/17, the employer did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI).  Employees performed TIG welding on stainless steel potable water piping. This condition exposed employees to respiratory hazards.

Gaylord Rockies Blvd, Aurora, CO: On and preceding 9/6/17, the employer did not provided effective information and training the hazards of chromium (IV) in accordance with the provisions of 29 CFR 1910.1200 and paragraph (j)(2) of 1926.1126(j)(1).
