Personal monitoring of a worker using an airline respirator on 10/04/17 during spraying operations on the second floor indicated a 15 minute Ceiling exposure to MDI at 0.079 milligrams per cubic meter (mg/m3) which is 0.394 times the permissible limit (PEL) of 0.2 mg/m3.    Violation occurred on or about 10/04/17.
