29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:       (a) Juan Porras @523 W. 8th Street, Denver, CO 80205.  On or before August 28, 2017, as part of injury/accident prevention responsibilities, the exposing employer did not ensure that each employee working on the steep roof, 14 in 12 slope, having an unprotected side or edge which was six feet or more above a lower level was protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. This condition exposed the employees to falling from roof elevations up to 20 feet eave to ground.
