29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Site: On the roof, Multi-Story Residential Construction Site, 37 Sigel Street, Worcester, MA 01610 on 9/7/2017 employees performing residential construction (roofing) activities were exposed to falls in excess of six feet and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (b) Site: On the second floor, Multi-Story Residential Construction Site, 37 Sigel Street, Worcester, MA 01610 on 9/7/2017 employees discarding debris through a wall opening for a sliding glass door were exposed to falls in excess of approximately 10.1 feet and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (c) Site: On the third floor, Multi-Story Residential Construction Site, 37 Sigel Street, Worcester, MA 01610 on 9/7/2017 employees were exposed to falls of 6 feet or more feet from a stairway floor hole and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
