29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    a) 22 New Freedom Rd., Medford, NJ: On or about September 7, 2017, employees of Jamies Construction Corp were conducting re-roofing activities on a two story single family residence.  The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 15 feet from the roof's eves to the ground below.
