29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.    On or about September 12, 2017,  subcontractors employees were exposed to being struck by hazards.  The subcontractors employees were framing a new residential home located at 308 Woodside Lane, Tallmadge, Ohio 44278.  An employee was using an electric circular saw to cut materials without wearing safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about September 12, 2017,  subcontractors employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 12 feet.  The subcontractors employees were framing a new residential home located at 308 Woodside Lane, Tallmadge, Ohio 44278.  An employee was working on the upper level of the home without using any form of fall protection.
