29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about September 12, 2017, the employer did not ensure that an employee exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet 4 inches while performing painting activities on a residential home located at 5062 Akron Cleveland Road Peninsula, OH 44264 was protected from falling through the use of fall protection systems/devices.
