29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  A.)  David Lesonik dba David Lesonik Painting, 2147 West 12th Street, Erie, PA  16505, roof of structure, on or about September 12, 2017 and times prior thereto:  Employees were performing work activities that included, but were not limited to, painting/priming a sign.  Employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 24-feet to the ground below and 8.8-feet to the lower roof.  Employee was not utilizing a means or method of fall protection.
