29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) Roof facing south side of commercial building;    Guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems were not used on a pitched roof, exposing employees to falls of approximately 25 feet. Condition was observed on or about September 15, 2017.
