29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems:    (a)Darrell Hohn Contracting at 2211 North Minnesota Street, Mitchell SD, 57301:  On and prior to September 15, 2017, the exposing employer did not ensure employees engaged in final metal deck attachment on the 2nd level of the systems engineered building under construction were protected from fall hazards. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet on the north edge of the building.

This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet.
