29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:    a) Piscataway Auto Body/Piscataway, NJ- Throughout the shop area: The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements. Employees were required to wear 3M, N95 filtering face piece respirators and Survivair, half face respirators with cartridges during painting operations.    Condition observed on or about September 18, 2017.

29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee is fit tested or was required to use the respirator in the workplace:   a) Piscataway Auto Body/Piscataway, NJ- Throughout the shop area: Employer did not provide medical evaluation to determine that employees were medically fit to wear 3M, N95 filtering face piece respirators and Survivair, half face respirators with cartridges.  Condition observed on or about September 18, 2017.
