29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems.  1409 Upland St., Metairie, LA (front of building):  On or about August 16, 2017, employees were installing gutter screens at the edge of a flat top roof approximately 11' 3" without fall protection.
