29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward view: A.) Better Baked Foods, Inc.; sauce making area - On or about 9/28/17, and at times prior thereto, an employee operated the Toyota forklift #30 but was not traveling with the load behind him when the boxes obstructed his view. A forklift accident occurred on 9/11/17 due tot he forklift operator not being able to see a pedestrian.
