29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii):     Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.    a)  325 Whippany Road, Building 6, South Side, Whippany, NJ.    Employee was exposed to falls of over 10 feet to the basement floor below as no methods of fall protection were used while he was placing the first floor window while working on the wood planks across the floor opening. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a)  325 Whippany Road, Building 6, South Side Second Floor Window, Whippany, NJ.    Employee installing new windows was exposed to falls of over 12 feet to the ground below from the window opening as no methods of fall protection were being used and the windowsill was only 24 inches from the floor.                                    Violation occurred on or about 09/14/2017.     b)  325 Whippany Road, Building 6, South Side on the Inside of the First and Inside of the Second Floor, Whippany, NJ.    Employee was exposed to falls of 20'7" from the floor opening on the second floor to the basement below and he was exposed to falls of 10'3" to the basement below from the floor opening on the first floor as guardrails had been removed from around the openings.                                    Violation occurred on or about 09/14/2017.
