29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    (a) 2817 Shillington Rd, Sinking Spring, PA Residential home - An employee on a residential roof was observed performing roofing work activity on a 5 in 12 pitch main residential roof approximately 10 feet high, without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing the employee to a fall to the ground below, on or about September 25, 2017.       Abatement certification and documentation required.
