29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level:  At the 120 Ninth Street Apartments Project: On or about July 24, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard from using an inadequate fall protection system that did not prevent contact to a lower level while installing the floor trusses and joists.
