29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:   (a)  1000 S 4th Street, Hamburg, PA - Employees were observed performing roofing activity on a low-slope roof 3 in 12 pitch, without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of approximately 12 feet to the ground below, on or about September 28, 2017.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
