29 CFR 1910.26(c): Portable dock boards were not secured by anchoring them in place or using equipment or devices that prevent the dock board from moving out of a safe position.  When the employer demonstrates that securing the dock board is not feasible, the employer did not ensure there was sufficient contact between the dock board and the surface to prevent the dock board from moving out of a safe position:    (a) Location - Skyworks, Woburn, MA:    On or about 9/29/17, the employer did not ensure that a portable dock board was secure while a fork truck was being transferred off the loading dock.
