On or about September 28, 2017, the employer did not ensure electrical panel in the mechanic shop, were closed with a cover that was securely fastened in place, exposing employees to electrical hazards:  1. 480 Volts electrical panel next to the rolling door in the SE wall in the mechanic shop;  2. 480 Volts electrical panel for the air compressor in the SW wall in the mechanic shop.  3. Electrical panel to control office lights, located in the bathroom near the mechanic shop.
