On or about October 3, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing them to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about October 3, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a steep sloped roof (7:12), nine (9) feet eight tenths (8:10) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
