29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):       "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On 10/02/2017, employees from Jack Price Construction LLC were installing sheathing on the roof of a residential building located on lot 18 Dry River Road in Wentzville, MO. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.   The owner and two employees were observed on 5/12 & 6/12 sloped roofs approximately twenty-seven feet above the ground without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.
