Citation 1 Item 1a  pertaining to 29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(i) which was issued on 12/22/2017.  Abatement documentation for this item was due on 1/23/2018.  2.  Citation 1 Item 2b  pertaining to 29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii)(C) which was issued on 12/22/2017.  Abatement documentation for this item was due on 1/23/2018.  The employer received the citation on 12/28/2018.  Violation occurred on or about 8-30-17 to 9-28-17.
