29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:        a) Job site, 240 Grant Street, Bellevue, PA: On or about October 4, 2017, during window installation related work, the employer did not ensure that employees working on a porch roof used appropriate fall protection systems/devices, where exposed to a fall hazard of up to approximately 14 feet, 9 inches.    Duckstein Contracting Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, or it's equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1223845, citation number 1, item number 3a, and was affirmed as a final order on May 15, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 145 Caldwell Avenue, Washington, PA.
