29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands are exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasions; punctures; chemical burns; thermal burns; and harmful temperature extremes:   953 Northwest Plaza Drive, Bridgeton: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions.  Employees are required to use their bare hands when handling steam warmers both in Prep area and products heated to 200 degrees Fahrenheit in the cabinet warmer on the Front Line.  Thermal personal protective equipment is not provided and required to prevent skin burns.  The employees use burn creams.   On and about October 10, 2017 employees were exposed to thermal hazards where they handled, with bare hands, containers heated by steam tubs heated to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.  The employees were not provided personal protective equipment.
