29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  a) Sliced Meat Department (Building 196): A doorway that is designated as the emergency exit, was blocked by a table used to prepare meats, on or about 10/10/17.  Lorenzo Food Group was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 990578, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 17, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 196 Coolidge Ave, Englewood, New Jersey.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer shall ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(1)(i) through (v) of this section for labels on shipped containers:  (ii) Product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, will provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical.  a) Salad Department: Employees were dispensing Terminate, used to sanitize equipment and surfaces, from an unlabeled 16 ounce spray bottle, on or about 10/10/17.
