29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) On or about 10/11/2017 - 1653 Warren Lane, Vestavia Hills, AL, an employee transporting shingles to the roof was exposed to falls of approximately 11 feet to the ground below.   (b) On or about 10/11/2017 - 1653 Warren Lane, Vestavia Hills, AL, an employee removing and installing new shingles was exposed to falls of approximately 20 feet to the ground below.
